quickly do items ship?
Unless otherwise mentioned in an
item's description, our products usually ship within 5 business days of
receiving your order. Personalized items are made especially for you and
require longer shipping times - please add at least an additional week when
placing these types of orders. We ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS and
common carrier. Always provide us with a physical house or business
address.

PetSnap does not charge to ship products
within the continental

How long until I
receive my order?
Ground transit time once your
order ships is usually an
additional 2-5 business days - longest to the west coast. Except for large
items traveling by Common Carrier (these are noted in an item's
description) you do not have to be home to accept delivery - so ship to
the location that is most convenient for you! For Common Carrier items,
you will be contacted by telephone for delivery.
Do you ship outside
the continental US?
No, we only ship within the
continental United States and free shipping is never offered to Hawaii,
Alaska, Canada, Europe or elsewhere outside of the United States.
We also cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. Some of our customers from
outside the USA use

Do you have a printed
Catalog?
Sorry, but no. We do not
offer a printed catalog for several reasons. Our items are updated
frequently and sales are offered often. Also, we promote a
"green" environment and catalogs are environmentally
unfriendly because they fill our landfills and destroy millions of
trees.
How do I search for
items or information?
Select from the main categories labeled
in the left menu. For quick search links to dog and cat categories use
the drop down menus located on the top of the page.
How am I billed?
Charges on customer's credit cards
will
appear as Shop-Carolina, Inc. If a check is used for payment, your order
will ship once your check clears our bank.
Order Status:
To determine the status of an
order, simply reply to the confirmation email you receive. Your reply
will be delivered to Service@shop-carolina.com.
Delays:
We always try to let you
know via email of any delays or backorders.
Damage/Defects:
Please inspect your order
