Returns and Refunds:
Except for SHERPA carriers any stocked (non-personalized) non special ordered item can be returned for any reason within
30 days
for a
full refund of your
total purchase
price. Shipping from PetSnap is always free and unlike some
other online catalogues, we do not
withhold from your credit any charges for "outgoing shipping and
handling or charge restocking fees" to you. We only require two things:

The item purchased must be returned in original, re-usable packaging and
must be received in original, unused, re-stockable condition in order to receive a
refund.

Contact us by telephone or email prior to your return and and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address (some items may return direct to their manufacturer).
Please DO NOT send your purchase back without contacting us
first; this might cause a a delay in granting your credit and could result in
a reduced credit to you. It's always a good idea to insure your return for its
full value - this is usually not expensive.
Include your name, address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return. Once on it's way, please email the Tracking Number to:

This helps us keep an eye on
things and to properly credit your return. Once your return is received,
inspected and accepted - we'll let you know and duly credit the card
you used to make your purchase.
Please do not send items that are used, soiled, personalized, missing
original packaging, in torn/otherwise non-reusable packaging, or
containing pet hair and/or scent. Even the slightest scents -
remember, pet noses are sensitive and items that may
appear original and new to us may not seem so to them. Such
items cannot be re-stocked and sold as new to another good customer
(like you) and we cannot provide any credit for such items.
Also please check the delivery address and your order carefully - if delivery cannot be completed or
if delivery of a purchased item is refused, credit will be limited
to 80% of the purchase price.
